*If the value of the claim is undetermined at the time of the order, the flat fee applicable to the first band should be held when placing the order. Once the value of the claim and thus the band has been determined, the applicable flat fee will be adjusted and settled by the client. By the same token, the adjustment of the applicable commission will be carried out in the same manner, in accordance with the displayed prices on the Site.
**The success fee is payable and settled as set out in the General Terms and Conditions that the Client expressly and unreservedly accepts. In the event of a refusal, the Client should not place an order. The success fee is progressive and is calculated as follows:

***The mediation process in question is where the dispute is brought before the French Ombudsman only. Examining the admissibility requirements of the mediation before the French Ombudsman is included. Any other mediation process before another mediator is not included.
****Refers to connecting the Client with a lawyer or a bailiff according to the needs of the case. The lawyer’s or the bailiff’s fees are not included in the displayed prices and must be agreed upon, regarding the lawyer, with the latter when signing a fee agreement after the acceptance by the Client of the choice of the lawyer and after the latter’s acceptance of the case/Client as set forth in our General Terms & Conditions.
